Licence Rules
Licence statuses
- Pending — created but not yet activated.
- Active — valid, domain-bound and downloadable.
- Expired — the expiry date passed; renew to restore.
- Suspended — disabled by administration (e.g. breach of terms).
- Cancelled — permanently closed.
Expiry
- Monthly licences expire one month after purchase.
- Yearly licences expire one year after purchase.
- Lifetime licences do not expire.
Active licences are checked automatically each day. You will receive reminder emails before expiry and a notification once a licence expires.
One licence = one domain
Each licence can be bound to exactly one domain. Domain activation:
- Normalizes the domain (strips protocol, path, case).
- Prevents the same domain being used by two licences.
- Requires the licence to be active and unexpired.
- Records the activation with timestamp, IP and user agent.
Changing your domain
To bind a licence to a new domain, use the Reset Domain action on the licence detail page. This unbinds the current domain (with a confirmation) so you can activate a new one.
Renewals
Renew an existing licence from its detail page. A renewal extends the licence from its current expiry date (or from today if already expired). Lifetime licences never need renewal.
Module downloads
Downloads require an active, unexpired licence owned by your account. Suspended, cancelled, expired or pending licences cannot download the module. Every download is logged.
